WPS Ecology is a programme of the Indonesia WPS Centre that promotes environmental action as an essential pathway to peace and justice. In response to the escalating climate emergency, environmental degradation, and increasing environmental conflicts, WPS Ecology promotes inclusive, gender-responsive environmental protection and sustainability. We believe that safeguarding the planet is inseparable from making peace, and that women must be at the frontlines taking the lead. WPS Ecology lessens carbon imprints, advances environmental sustainability, and develops congruity among people and nature through local area activity, backing, and between confidence collaboration.
