Discussion on Water Security in Indonesia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On May 6, 2025, Ramita Paraswati, Founder of the Indonesia WPS Centre, was invited by Laila H., a researcher at the Maarif Institute, to participate in a discussion on water security in Indonesia. The conversation was grounded in recent research conducted by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), which highlights both the challenges and opportunities in managing the country’s water resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the discussion, Ramita Paraswati emphasized the inclusive policies to ensure water resilience, and adoption of RANP3AKS at the regional level, particularly in the face of climate change and the increasing demand for water in domestic and industrial sectors. This exchange formed part of a broader effort to raise public awareness and strengthen inter-institutional collaboration in addressing Indonesia\u2019s complex water issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration between the Indonesia WPS Centre, the Maarif Institute, and research organizations like ADB is expected to contribute meaningfully to the development of sustainable and equitable water governance policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
